The Detention Camp

Fauziah and I went to Immigration Detention Camp, Pekan Nenas, Pontian, Johor. 

Mariya and her mother, Eton, traced by the guard’s computer. Since they were on remand, I have to acquire written permission from Immigration Officer at Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru.

Tuesday march 3, 2015 AT 3 p.m.

They were arrested on Friday Februari 12, 2015

Remand ends 11/3/2015 which subsequently be either deported to home country or imprisoned.


Wet Marketing

We bought fish of various species. At first kiosk we bought more than 4kg crabs since all fish had been sold there. 

Pendas Baru is a village of fishermen settlement which we visited Friday 16, 2015. The government built concrete houses for them. When high tide time water inundates underneath their houses.

We took highway route via Danga direction Tuas, Singapore. We exited at Tg. Pelepas and drove for 12km until the road ended at fishermen village of Pendas Baru. Total distance from my house is about 32km away.
